T. Jones Appraisals, Inc. is a full service residential real estate appraisal company with offices in Bloomington and Bedford, Indiana. Areas covered include Monroe and Lawrence counties as well as Brown, Morgan, Owen, Orange and Greene counties. Our professionally trained staff of real estate appraisers have the knowledge and experience to perform all types of residential appraisals. Our computerized tracking system allows us to answer any questions you may have regarding the status of your order. We stay in touch with you by confirming receipt of orders, inspection dates and completed inspections.
ORDERING THE APPRAISAL
Our clients place orders by fax, phone or our web site. As soon as an order is received we contact the appropriate person to make an appointment to inspect the property.
INSPECTIONS
Our goal is to view the property within 24 hours of receiving the order. We even make appointments on Saturdays to accommodate clients with busy schedules. Our appraisers professional manner and appearance assures that your institution is well represented.
PROCESSING THE APPRAISAL
Our use of the latest appraisal software and digital cameras allow us to process appraisals in a timely manner. We also use digital mapping and signatures for quicker processing.
DELIVERING THE APPRAISAL
If you are local we will deliver the report the same day it is completed. For out of town clients we can send the report electronically using Acrobat Adobe software (see our Links section to download) or by FedEx, Airborne, or UPS. With all these options you get fast, efficient service.
